REFUND POLICY


Wrong Product Ordered:

These are custom products. If the wrong size, color, or product is ordered, ASALH does not provide returns or refunds due to the fact that these are custom made.

Damaged Product or Defect:

If there is a defect with the product, ASALH will provide free replacement or a full refund will be an option, if a photo of the product showing the damage is submitted within 30 days after delivery. Please use the contact form below to submit your issue and someone from our staff will contact you within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Issues:

In case of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. the order did not arrive or the order was returned to the sender), a partial refund will be issued. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, or an invalid address was provided, a refund of only the price of the product will be issued. Please use the contact form below to make a refund request and our staff will contact you within 3-5 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes are not guaranteed to be possible after the order has been submitted. If you’d like to make changes to your order, such as an address change or cancellation, please reach out to our staff through the contact form below within 24 hours of submitting the order. If a cancellation request is not made within 24 hours of submitting the order, then the order will no longer be able to be canceled.
